Is GRAYCO a concierge service?
GRAYCO can arrange many of the things associated with a private concierge, but the relationship goes further. We stay close to the wider picture, manage the practical work around each requirement and remain involved until the outcome is clear.
Why would I use GRAYCO if my partner, assistant or household team already handles these things?
GRAYCO is not there to replace support that already works. It provides additional capacity, local presence and a single place for the tasks that are becoming fragmented, repeatedly delayed or taking more attention than they should.
Do I need to commit to ongoing support?
No. You can engage GRAYCO for one defined requirement, a larger private project, or ongoing support that becomes more familiar and proactive over time.
What happens when specialist expertise is needed?
GRAYCO does not operate outside its competence. Where legal, financial, medical or technical expertise is required, the right professional is brought into the process, with the wider practical work continuing to be managed around them.
How are privacy and authority managed?
Every arrangement begins with a clearly agreed scope, named contacts, approval limits and communication preferences. Personal information is only shared where necessary and authorised, and access to the household is managed carefully. GRAYCO is appropriately insured and its founder is DBS checked.
